Vins de Lausanne

Vins de Lausanne come in two complementary collections with distinct spirit and flavour. The classic series integrates whites and reds from five estates, completed since 2013 by a rich, flavourful collection with contemporary accents.

A good range of “Selection L” vintages comes from Domaine du Burignon vineyards!

Selection L

The aim of this range is to appeal to a curious, epicurean audience, sensitive to revisited heritages. Enthusiasts will be aware of the range of flavours it offers, enhanced by local biodynamic farming and its distinctive design.

These vintages combine excellence and inventiveness. They are made into wine in the greatest respect of the five prestigious vineyards of the municipality of Lausanne : Château Rochefort in Allaman, Clos des Moines and Clos des Abbayes in Le Dézaley, l’Abbaye de Mont in Mont-sur-Rolle and the Domaine du Burignon in Saint-Saphorin.

The wine is made as naturally as possible by limiting the use of sulphites and letting the wines ferment through natural indigenous yeasts. The Chasselas grape for aperitifs or haute cuisine, natural wines, whites with pedigree, gourmet or intense reds will address all of your needs, from the freshest to the most demanding.

Take advantage of your stay or of your stop by Domaine du Burignon to taste the vintages of the L selection !

All the vintages composing the L Selection are on sale at Domaine du Burignon, by appointment by telephone in +41 78 915 85 20. From May till September, you can also come to enjoy these wines on the terrace of Burignon, which is opened from 5 pm till 8:30 pm, every Thursdays, on Fridays and Saturdays.
